HOW TO USE IT?

STEP 1: You can double the numbers of the ribs to be cooked in a limited grill space just by standing the ribs in a rib rack.
STEP 2: To protect and cook the meat perfectly, place the bone side of the ribs facing the coals.
STEP 3: With the help of a mop, baste the ribs to ensure moist and tender meat.
STEP 4: Change the position of the ribs periodically.
STEP 5: Around the finish of cooking, face the substantial sides of the ribs toward the coals to brown and fresh the surface.
